How does refund policy works?
If you are not willing to continue your subscription with us, kindly make sure to request cancellation 72 hours prior to your next account renewal date. In case of cancellation with any remaining hours in your account, we will refund 85% valuation of the hours in your account due to transaction charges involved.
Why is it essential to put down my payment details while going for a trial?
As always, we believe in simplicity while preserving the quality of work. In order to maintain the continuity and avoid any discrepancies due to unavailability of sufficient hours in your account, we make sure that you are automatically subscribed to any of your chosen plans once the free trial ends.
What is the scope of availing a dedicated assistant with your lower plans?
While our only emphasis lies in delivering quality tasks, we make sure that you are introduced to two suited assistants with whom you would be able to go on a video call to discuss the scope of your work. The purpose of assigning 2 dedicated assistants is to make sure that if one of your dedicated assistants goes on a leave or falls sick there is always someone else to take over to avoid any barrier to the task flow.
How do I unsubscribe?
If you are no longer willing to continue seeking our services you can unsubscribe anytime by sending us an email at info@taskventurers.com. You will be unsubscribed as soon as we receive your request. However, this doesn’t ban you from returning back to our services when the need be.
How can I process payment?
All our payments are received via PayPal only. Sign up for a PayPal account and you're good to go.
How do I change my current plan?
In your user dashboard, you can again browse to the payments page and go to the “Change Plan” section for this. You will have two options for changing your current plan: (a) Instant Upgrade - Upon choosing your preferred plan, you can choose “Instant Upgrade” that would instantly change your billing cycle to that particular date. (b) Upgrade on next billing date - This option allows you to change your current plan to any of your preferred plans from your next billing cycle.
Am I going to be involved in any sort of contract for taking up your services?
Well all our services are simply made available to you through any of your chosen plans, however, in case if you would like to go with a custom quote for any particular service, then we prefer going through a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to ensure protection on both ends.
Why is it important to use only my registered email for sending tasks?
Our system recognizes only the email subscribed on our website and authorizes the task to finally reach our CRM or else it goes to the unrecognized section which is flushed off automatically by our system.
How secure is my data with Task Venturers?
Security of our client data is of utmost importance to us. We deal with confidential and sensitive information of many of our prospective clients and as a result, our website is protected with Multi-Layered security parameters to prevent data theft and phishing attacks. All your data is stored in our secure data center. To ensure security at the next level, we make sure that all our employees sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to their selection process.
What would be the communication mode with my assistant?
We provide you the flexibility to get in touch with your Virtual Assistant through any preferred mode of communication. You are free to use Phone, Skype, Social Media Platforms or any messenger service for interacting with your Virtual Assistant. However, your assistant will only be available during their regular shift timings unless otherwise requested to be available during some other time zone.

Do my hours roll over?
Hours go in accordance with the plans you choose to go with and are subject to renewal within the stipulated time frame (Mostly 30 days) from the commencement date of the plan.We thereby request all our valued clientele to utilize their hours within the time frame of the chosen plan.
